R3 Marketing developed this BP-i (Best Practice Index) tool.

This is an analysis grid enabling you to evaluate the 10 to 12 best relational or loyalty programs in the same activity sector in North America and Europe.

The following are the elements of our analysis grid:

After this analysis, each program obtained a BP-i score and a classification or ranking amongst all of the programs analyzed. For all of these programs, a multi-page analysis is provided for the purposes of explaining the point system and highlighting the best practices, and pitfalls to be avoided.
